It all starts with cocoa beans: concerned about their traceability, we chose to work with beans from Equator and Peru. This cocoa with powerful aromas is reserved for the manufacture of grand crus chocolates! Like wine, their adequate terroir and climate allow cocoa to develop amazing flavors! All this in the respect of a rational agriculture.
The same goes for the ingredients we use in our recipes. All natural and handpicked thanks to very high quality sourcing, they participate in the development of divinely delicious squares.
It is also the choice of these raw materials, the recipes and the artisanal process that allowed our small chocolate squares to be certified: "Chocolat de France" and "Pure Cocoa Butter". Hat!
