Returns & Exchanges
Purchased goods may only be returned to the store in Bermuda (47 Front Street, Old Cellar Lane, Hamilton, Bermuda) for store credit or exchange. Though during the Shelter in Place, we will coordinate contactless exchange. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com. The item must be returned within 14 days of original purchase along with the original sales invoice. Returned items must be in perfect condition with all tags and packaging intact. Worn or damaged goods will not be accepted. Sale items and personal items such as swimwear, undergarments, earrings, candles, skin care, cosmetics, fragrance, beauty products are final sale and may not be returned.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. I
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
